18-month warranty period

We usually offer 18-month warranty for all of our products. And it's extendable and negotiable if special requirement by Govt tenders or for other reasons

Bondway warrants that new equipment is free from defects in workmanship and materials within warranty period under normal use and service. Bondway's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing at Bondway's option, any part which upon Bondway's examination proves defective.

Service Parts Available for 5 years

Service Parts will be available for a maximum period of five (5) years after any equipment has been discontinued. Service parts shall include all components, PCB board, instructions, and accessories that were furnished with the standard models.

The warranty shall NOT extend to any instrument that 
1) has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accidents; 
2) caused by modification or repair by anyone except Bondway or Bondway designated person; 
3) from which Bondway's original serial number tag or product identification markings have been altered or removed;
4) or any product of any other manufacturer.

It usually takes us time,like half a year to one year, to choose the exclusive distributor for a specific market. Once the exclusive distributorship agreement is reached and finalized, we will not directly sell any of the contracted products to your market any longer in order to fully protect you and support you as per our Agreement. We prefer to have a long-term business cooperation in stead a short-term one. All the inquiries that we receive from your country since then will also be forwarded to our local exclusive distributor, and the customer must make all purchase from our local distributor.
 
4)Yearly Sales Goal in a specific market negotiable
As one aggressive and leading exporter of veterinary medical equipments, we emphasize on every potential market and do not want to be a market loser. Therefore, a yearly sales goal need to be negotiated if you want to be our exclusive distributor, In order to achieve the yearly sales goal, it will be devided into quaterly or monthly sales target which will be specified in Distributorship Agreement in the end.
 
5) Requirements for a potential exclusive distributors
It usually includes your experience in medical equipment, especially in ultrasound scanner for vet use or human use, your sales team, your capability of customer service, your company's background, your market investigation, your promotion plan or advertising schedule, your cooperativeness. Both the newly established companes or well-experienced ones are welcome
